Who is the controller
The controller of the personal data sent through this website is BPAULO TECH LTDA, CNPJ 69.354.453/0001-12, São Paulo, Brazil, which operates Orves. Contact: hi@orves.ai.
What we collect
In the demo form: name, work email, company, role, company size, your message, a record that you gave consent (with date and time) and whether you opted in to news. To limit abuse, the form server also uses your IP address to limit the number of submissions.
Why, and on what legal basis
To answer your demo request: your consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). To send occasional news by email: only if you tick the separate, optional box, and also on the basis of your consent.
Who receives it
Orves staff, and the providers that host the site and deliver email, including GitHub (site hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and the form endpoint) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we handle it and for as long as needed to follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hi@orves.ai. You may also complain to the ANPD (Brazil) or to the data protection authority in your country.
International transfers
The providers above may process data outside Brazil, under the contractual safeguards they offer.
