A credit is the billing unit across every Orves product. Credits are consumed by the operation performed — parsing a page, creating verifiable knowledge — never by tokens.
Are credits shared across products?
Yes. Orves Credits are one balance shared across every Orves product. Each product is standalone — start where the problem is and compose the others when the next problem appears.
What happens when I exceed my included credits?
Usage beyond your included credits is billed at your plan's additional credit rate. If your balance runs out, API calls pause — nothing is deleted or lost. Top up and processing resumes; charging is idempotent, so retries never double-bill.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start free and move to Starter or Pro as your workload grows; talk to sales when you need enterprise governance or deployment options.
